Contract Description:
Under this contract the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Watershed Program is to provide technical services to support evaluation of BPA's tributary habitat program. This work will include, but is not limited to:

1. Developing a  short-term plan to implement the Tetratech/Washington State Salmon Recovery Funding Board approach to tributary habitat action effectiveness monitoring.  
2. Developing a future vision for a reasonable and robust programmatic approach for effectiveness monitoring of tributary habitat improvement projects
3. Reviewing retrospective/existing data from Tributary Habitat RM&E programs and identifying potential reporting & analysis uses of that data
4. Preparing a roll up of tributary habitat RM&E results
5. Provide assistance at various Expert Panel workshops by sharing best available science of fish restoration strategies and techniques
6. Other technical support tasks as appropriate (document review, comments, etc.)
